The C.A.R.E.S. Program (Children Are Receiving Extended Services) is a before and after school supervised program run under the guidelines of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. We are located in the Parish Conference Center, just a few steps from the school building. This program is a secure, caring environment for your children after school hours. (7:00 am – 8:00 am & 2:45 pm – 6:00 pm)

When a weather emergency causes school to be closed early, there will be NO C.A.R.E.S. services offered. ALL SCHOOL STUDENTS will be dismissed from the school at announced early dismissal times to buses or car.
Announcements are communicated to school parents via email and phone notification systems when a weather or other emergency arises that affects the duration of the school day.
Parents are asked to be proactive and aware of potential snow/ice/weather events that may be forecasted. If you hear of something in the weather forecast, please write a note to your child’s teacher and let him/her know how your child is to go home in the event of an early dismissal.
Please be sure your child knows how he/she is to go home in the event of an early dismissal. Do not try to call the office during the day to tell your child how to go home.
