NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT DATES 2021-2022
Enrollment of NEW students and Re-Enrollment of current students will take place in February and March, 2021 but exact dates are not available at this time. Please watch this space for updates as they become available.
We are bringing a new system online for Enrollment for 2021-2022 so dates depend on set up and implementation completion of the new system.
If you interested in learning more about our school, please contact the Admissions office (email@example.com) for more information or to schedule a personal tour after regular school hours. Due to COVID restrictions, we are not able to offer any Open House sessions.
For Pre-K 3-students must be 3 years old and fully potty trained before September 1st of year of entry
For Pre-K4, students must be 4 years old before September 1st of year of entry
For Kindergarten, students must be 5 years old before September 1st of year of entry
For 1st grade, students must be 6 years ol before September 1st of year of entry
The following documents will be required to complete any NEW student application:
- Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic and baptized at any church other than Nativity of Our Lord)
- Copy of CURRENT Immunization record
- Evidence of Parish Membership (Nativity, St. Cyril of Jerusalem, St. Vincent de Paul, St. John Bosco)
- for transfer students grades 1-8, last report card + any related academic support materials (IEP, 504 plans, etc)
Parish Membership requirements:
Nativity of Our Lord parishioners-submit Adult Sunday Collection envelope or Parish Giving receipt
St. Cyril of Jerusalem- submit Letter of permission from the Pastor annually-contact Parish Office to request
St. Vincent de Paul – submit Letter of permission from the Pastor when first child enters our school, update annually with Adult Sunday Envelope-contact Parish Office to request
St. John Bosco – submit letter of permission from the Pastor when first child enters our school, update annually with Adult Sunday Envelope- contact Parish Office to request
