Our lunch program is coordinated through the FACTS Family Portal. Each month the lunch calendar will be open for approximately five days during which time your order must be placed for the following month. Once the ordering period is closed you will still be able to view your selected items (noted in blue) but will not be able to place any additional orders. AFTER the portal is closed for ordering, your balance will appear on your FACTS financial page and be due within ten days.
Your payment can be made in several ways: through your FACTS “autopay” for “incidental billings”, through a FACTS electronic payment (please be sure to note your FACTS account number), or by cash or check to the school office. If paying by cash or check, please send it in to the school office by the due date. The Finance Officer will then manually enter your payment into FACTS. No lunch orders may be placed unless all of your accounts are in good standing.
