Ms. Maddaloni has been teaching for almost 35 years spending 9 years as Principal of Nativity. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s from La Salle University and pursued Doctoral Studies in Educational Leadership. Ms. Maddaloni received her Principal’s certificate and religion certification from the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.
Prior to Nativity, Ms. Maddaloni was Principal at Holy Family School in Manayunk which became Holy Child Catholic School. She was appointed Principal of the new regional school. She served as Director of Elementary Education for the Office of Catholic Education prior to her appointment as Principal of Nativity of Our Lord School. Ms. Maddaloni has served as an adjunct professor at Immaculata University since 1992. After teaching eighth grade for 19 years, she left to pursue a career in the business world. She oversaw mental health programs in several base service units in Philadelphia and Chester County. Ms. Maddaloni also oversaw mental health programs for the elderly in a group of nursing homes and assisted living facilities in Delaware County and was Vice-President of Operations for the organization. After 9/11, she felt she needed to return to Catholic education. Ms. Maddaloni is a member of Nativity parish. She was recently inducted into her elementary school’s Hall of Fame.
Mr. Kyle McDonough, Principal

Mr. McDonough joined the Nativity family five years ago teaching PreK 4, followed by First grade. Previously, Mr. McDonough taught at Maternity BVM. Mr. McDonough grew up in the St. John Bosco Parish and is currently a member of the Nativity of Our Lord Parish. He attended Temple University for undergraduate and Gwynedd Mercy for graduate studies. When not at school, he enjoys playing music and spending time with his wife, Veronica, daughters, Mae and Fiona, and dog, Kona.

Mrs. Chirillo, a parishioner of Nativity, has been employed at the school for 21 years serving as Administrative Assistant to the Principal and most recently as Enrollment and Marketing Director until October 2018 when she began working part-time as School Finance Director and Database Administrator. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Economics from St. Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana.
Mrs. Chirillo was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, and attended Catholic school through college. She and her husband Joe have been married for 45 years and raised 4 children who all graduated from Nativity and Archbishop Wood High School. After being a stay at home mom for 20 years, Mrs. Chirillo began working at Nativity as Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to the Principal until being asked to assume the position of Enrollment and Marketing Director. Mrs. Chirillo enjoys music, marching bands, and spending lots of time with 9 grandchildren.

Mrs. Johnson began volunteering at Nativity 21 years ago when her girls were young students. In 2003, she started working part-time as the Office Assistant and assumed the position of full-time Administrative Assistant to the Principal/Office Manager in 2011.
Mrs. Johnson enjoys spending time with her family, reading, baking and quiet time on the beach. Her two daughters are Nativity graduates and she is a parishioner of St Cyril of Jerusalem.

Mrs. MacDougall has worked at Nativity parish and school since 2004. She is mom to Nativity alum, William, and a furry four-legged fellow named Benji. Mrs. MacDougall is a Nativity parishioner and a proud board member of Nativity’s Saint Gianna Society.
In her spare time, Mrs. MacDougall enjoys listening to classical music (favorites include Debussy and Vivaldi), sewing, crocheting, watching comedies and attempting to try new recipes. She enjoys chatting daily with the students.
Mrs. Karen Pressler, Nurse

Mrs. Pressler has been in the nursing profession for 17 years. She has been the certified school nurse at Nativity for five years. Mrs. Pressler graduated from the Frankford Hospital School of Nursing and received her Bachelors in Nursing from The New York State University. She has an Education Specialist Level 2 certification.
Mrs. Pressler loves the staff, students, and all who work here at Nativity. It is truly a special community which she is grateful to be a part of. Mrs. Pressler is also the Nursing Coordinator for Centennial School District and spends time in all of their schools. She lives locally and has two children. The beach is her happy place when she is not in the schools during the school year.

Mrs. DiToro has been teaching at Nativity for 19 years. As a graduate of Shippensburg University, Mrs. DiToro has her certification in Early Childhood Education. She is a member of St Cyril’s parish and loves teaching at Nativity. Mrs. DiToro started the PK4 program at our school.
Mrs. DiToro is the daughter of a retired Army Colonel. She was able to live and see many different parts of our country. After getting married, Mrs. DiToro settled in the Warrington area. When not teaching, she enjoys spending time with her husband, David and her daughter, Nichole, a student at Nativity. She also enjoys reading, spending time outdoors and being with friends.

Mrs. Grill has eight years of teaching experience and has taught at Nativity for five years. She is a graduate of Cabrini University with her certification in Elementary Education.
Mrs. Grill is a parishioner of Nativity along with her husband and two sons who are students at our school. She and her husband are having a great experience watching their sons flourish.

Mrs. Crossen is a member of Nativity parish and is in her fourth year at our school after 12 years teaching students at other schools. She is a graduate of Neumann University where she received her teaching certification in Elementary and Early Childhood education. She received her Master’s from Cabrini University.
Mrs. Crossen is married to her husband, Kevin and they have a 5-year-old daughter, Rachel, who attends Kindergarten at Nativity. In her spare time, she loves to bake, garden, and spend time with her family. Mrs. Crossen is glad to be a member of such a wonderful parish and to have the opportunity to be part of such an amazing school.

Mrs. Conricode has been teaching for over 12 years with 11 years at Nativity. She is a graduate of Gwynedd Mercy University where she received her Elementary and Early Education Certification.
Mrs. Conricode, a parishioner of Nativity, has 4 children, 3 are graduates of Nativity and one is a current student. She is a Home and School Board Member and was the former Director of the CARES program.

Mrs. Arrow began her teaching career at Nativity in 2007. She has been an educator for thirteen years. She is a graduate of West Chester University and has a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education.

Mrs. Pozesky has been teaching for 14 years, spending 10 years at Nativity. She is a graduate of Rider University with certifications in Level 1 Elementary Education for both the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Mrs. Pozesky has been married for 17 years to her husband, Gregory, her high school sweetheart. They are members of Our Lady of Mount Carmel parish and have a daughter who attends Nativity. When she is not in the classroom, Mrs. Pozesky enjoys time with her family, playing golf and spending time at the shore.

Mrs. Anderson has been teaching for over 20 years with 16 years spent at Nativity. As a graduate of Gwynedd Mercy College, she is certified in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Educations.
Mrs. Anderson is a cantor at her parish, St Catherine of Siena in Horsham. She loves to read and to spend time with family, including her husband, Dave, and her two children and friends, especially at the shore.

Mrs. Morris has been teaching at Nativity for 30 years. A graduate of Gwynedd Mercy University, she is certified in Elementary Education and is a Google certified educator. Mrs. Morris was named a 2019 Archdiocese of Philadelphia Tech Influencer and an Archdiocese of Philadelphia Tech Ambassador.
Mrs. Morris is a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel parish. She is a member of our school’s Leadership Team. Her hobbies include photography and traveling with family.

This is Mrs. Tenaglia’s first year teaching at Nativity even though she has been teaching for 11 years. She holds a BA in Elementary Education from Holy Family University.
Mrs. Tenaglia has been a parishioner of Nativity since she was in the second grade. Sister Madeline and Sister Peg were the ones who told her she should be a teacher. Mrs. Tenaglia has helped with the Prep Program all through high school and then college! She has a three-year old son who keeps her and her husband busy. They love playing outside, especially on the beach! Mrs. Tenaglia loves to read and she always has a book with her just in case.
Ms. Michelle Paripsky - Grade 5 (Room 105)
Miss Paripsky has been teaching a variety of ages for several years and has been with Nativity since 2020. She is a graduate of Gwynedd Mercy University with a certification in Early Childhood Education and a degree in Special Education.
In her free time, she enjoys rummaging through her personal craft cabinet at home and creating new projects, and relaxing on the beach during the summer. When she has the time, she also enjoys traveling and visiting new places and bringing back new memories.

With 20 years of teaching, Mrs. McGeer is in her fourth year at Nativity. She is a Temple graduate with certification in Instructional 1 Elementary Education.
As a parishioner of Nativity, Mrs. McGeer is thrilled to be teaching at Nativity and continuing her teaching of 6th graders. When traveling through Grade 6, we often need a passport because our journey takes us from the Old Testament in Religion to Literature and Language Arts. Mrs. McGeer enjoys spending time with her family and has a son, Aidan, a student at Archbishop Wood.

This year is Mrs. Boag’s 7th year of teaching at our school. She returned to the Nativity classroom last year. Between classroom teaching assignments, she was the Director of Religious Education for Nativity of Our Lord Parish, where she was blessed to coordinate the PREP program and the sacraments for all the parish children.
Mrs. Boag has been teaching for 12 years after receiving her BSED in Elementary Education/English from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. She is listed in the Who’s Who Among American College and University Students and is a member of Kappa Delta Pi, International Education Honor Society. Mrs. Boag has her religion certification from the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and is a certified ALICE instructor.
Mrs. Boag volunteers with the parish children’s choir and is a member of the adult choir at Nativity. She also plays the flute for our school Masses. She has two children who currently and happily attend Nativity of Our Lord School. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, listening to music, and staying busy attending her children’s various games and activities.

Mr. Rafferty has been teaching for 30 years, with 20 years at St Jerome in Philadelphia. At Nativity, he taught for 8 years in the Computer Lab and is back in the classroom for grades 6, 7, and 8th grade Social Studies. Mr. Rafferty is a current and active member of PA Education in Technology; PETE&C. He also has a certification in Code Development.
Mr. Rafferty is an active member of Our Lady of Calvary in Philadelphia. He has been married for 32 years and has two sons, Christopher and Matthew.

Mrs. Ferruzzi has been teaching for 6 years at Nativity. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Penn State University and her Master’s Degree from Holy Family University. She possesses an Instructional 1 certification in Education and a certification in English for grades 7-12. Mrs. Ferruzzi is also our school’s Vice Principal.
Mrs. Ferruzzi is a member of St. David’s parish and lives in Hatboro with her husband, daughter Izzy and two dogs, Cliff and Penny. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading books, listening to music, cooking and watching sports. She loves to travel and experience new places.

Mr. Adamsky has been teaching at Nativity for over 30 years. He is a graduate of Temple University for both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. He is certified by the Archdiocese for Religion and has been listed in the Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers and was honored as an Outstanding American Teacher. Mr. Adamsky was a finalist for the Leadership in Catholic Youth Sports Award, nominated for Disney Teacher Award and the winner of the Bill O’Neill “For God and Your Award”.
Mr. Adamsky is a member of Nativity parish and the coach of many sports, football, softball, basketball and track & field for not only Nativity school but also Archbishop Wood, Warrington Athletic Association, Lenape Middle School and Our Lady of Mount Carmel.

Mrs. Higginson has been teaching for 13 years with seven of those years at Nativity. She has her Bachelor’s Degree from Temple University and her Master’s from Cabrini University. She is certified in Elementary and Early Childhood Education.
Mrs. Higginson has a young daughter, Charlotte, and is a member of Nativity parish. She is an assistant swim coach at Archbishop Wood High School and is a certified instructor of life guarding and CPR by the American Red Cross.

Mrs. Scanlon in her third year at Nativity as our Wilson Reading Specialist and has been teaching for 13 years. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Saint Joseph’s University. She is certified in Elementary and Special Education as well as Wilson Reading.
Mrs. Scanlon has four daughters, three of whom attend Nativity with the fourth waiting to join her sisters. She enjoys coaching soccer and lacrosse. She was a member of the first Dutch National Lacrosse Team in 2009 and played in the World Cup in 2009 in Prague, Czech Republic. Mrs. Scanlon is a member of Nativity parish.

Mrs. Lally has been teaching for over 35 years at Nativity. She has her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Bloomsburg University in Elementary Education, along with a minor in Special Education. Mrs. Lally has Permanent Certification from the state of Pennsylvania along with Religion and Principal Certificates from the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. She has taught various grades including 1,2,3,5,7, and 8 in addition to Honors Math. Mrs. Lally is also a member of the School’s Leadership Team.

Mrs. O’Driscoll has been teaching in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience in many levels and subject areas.
She earned a B.A. in Elementary Education from The Catholic University of America. Her certifications include PA Elementary, Catechist for the Philadelphia Archdiocese, and Google Certified Educator.
Mrs. O’Driscoll is passionate about her Catholic faith; she is a liturgical musician and has also served as an adult core leader for a teen youth group, as well as in other local parish and school groups and events. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, reading, traveling, learning about history and science, and hanging out at any beach she can find.
