ENROLLMENT PROCESS AND TIMELINE FOR 2025-2026

  • Re-Enrollment of Current students – Online Re-enrollment begins Monday, January 13, 2025. Each primary parent will receive a custom Re-enrollment email from FACTS.
  • Applications for NEW students are available to submit online beginning Monday,  January 13, 2025 – Use the link provided on school website Admission Requirements page.

New student applications will be reviewed for acceptance by Admissions Office personnel in the following priority phases:

  • Phase 1 – New siblings of current students and Precious Friends of St. Gianna Childcare Center – Monday, January 27,  2025
  • Phase 2  – New students of registered parishioners in Nativity of Our Lord, St. Cyril of Jerusalem, St. John Bosco, St. Vincent de Paul parishes – Monday, February 3, 2025
  • Phase 3  – New students of any other Out of Parish parishioners or Non-Catholic families – Monday, February 10, 2025

New student applications received after February 10, 2025 will be reviewed on a rolling basis as received. Waiting Lists may be created in certain grades when enrollment maximums are reached.

All new student applications must be complete with all required documents submitted either through online upload or by mail to school Admissions Office before the application can be reviewed and accepted.

Once accepted, parent must pay Enrollment fee and set up payment plan to guarantee space in class for 2025-2026.

Age Requirements:

  • For Pre-K 3-students must be 3 years old and fully potty trained before September 1st of year of entry
  • For Pre-K4, students must be 4 years  old before September 1st of year of entry
  • For Kindergarten, students must be 5 years old before September 1st of year of entry
  • For 1st grade, students must be 6 years old before September 1st of year of entry

The following documents will be required to complete any NEW student application:

  • Birth Certificate
  • for transfer students grades 1-8, last report card + any related academic support materials (IEP, 504 plans, etc)

Following application acceptance, an Enrollment Offer will be extended and additional documentation will be required in order to secure space in class for the upcoming school year. Failure to supply required Parish documentation will result in Full Cost tuition being applied to accounts.

Parish Membership requirements:

  • Nativity of Our Lord parishioners-submit Adult Sunday Collection envelope or Parish Giving receipt
  • St. Cyril of Jerusalem- submit Letter of permission from the Pastor annually-contact Parish Office to request
  • St. Vincent de Paul – submit Letter of permission from the Pastor when first child enters  our school, update annually with Adult Sunday Envelope-contact Parish Office to request
  • St. John Bosco – submit letter of permission from the Pastor when first child enters our school, update annually with Adult Sunday Envelope- contact Parish Office to request
