Ms. Maddaloni has been teaching for almost 40 years, and has been at Nativity since 2010 as both principal and president. Ms Maddaloni attended St. Helena School in Philadelphia and Cardinal Dougherty High School. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s from La Salle University and pursued Doctoral Studies in Educational Leadership. Ms. Maddaloni received her Principal’s certificate and religion certification from the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.
Prior to Nativity, Ms. Maddaloni was Principal at Holy Family School in Manayunk which became Holy Child Catholic School. She was appointed Principal of the new regional school. She served as Director of Elementary Education for the Office of Catholic Education prior to her appointment as Principal of Nativity of Our Lord School. Ms. Maddaloni has served as an adjunct professor at Immaculata University since 1992. After teaching eighth grade for 19 years, she left to pursue a career in the business world. She oversaw mental health programs in several base service units in Philadelphia and Chester County. Ms. Maddaloni also oversaw mental health programs for the elderly in a group of nursing homes and assisted living facilities in Delaware County and was Vice-President of Operations for the organization. After 9/11, she felt she needed to return to Catholic education. Ms. Maddaloni is a member of Nativity parish. She was recently inducted into her elementary school’s Hall of Fame.

Mrs. Lally has been teaching for over 40 years at Nativity. She has her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Bloomsburg University in Elementary Education, along with a minor in Special Education. Mrs. Lally has Permanent Certification from the state of Pennsylvania along with Religion and Principal Certificates from the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. She has taught various grades from 1-8 in addition to Honors Math. Mrs. Lally is the school’s Math Coordinator and is also a member of the school’s Leadership Team.
In her free time, Mrs. Lally enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends, traveling to new places, trying new restaurants, playing golf, and relaxing by the pool.

Mrs. Ferruzzi is one of our 8th Grade Homeroom teachers and she teaches 8th Grade Religion and ELA, and 7th Grade Honors ELA. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Penn State University and her Master’s Degree from Holy Family University. She possesses an Instructional 1 certification in Education and a certification in English. Mrs. Ferruzzi is also our Director of Admissions for Nativity of Our Lord School.
Mrs. Ferruzzi is a member of St. David’s parish and lives in Hatboro with her husband, two children, Izzy and Paul, and two dogs, Cliff and Penny. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading books, listening to music, cooking and watching sports. She loves to travel and experience new places.

Mary Brennan is a proud member of the Nativity of Our Lord family. Over the years she has served in many capacities including substitute, and as a second and third grade teacher. She now presides as the Resource teacher where she enjoys helping children find a love for reading. In 2018, Mary began to serve as the choreographer in Nativity’s premiere theater program PAWS. Mary has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and her Master’s in Elementary Education. Both were pursued at Holy Family University. She studied for her Reading Specialist certification at Eastern University.
Mary has been married to her husband for over 20 years. They have two sons (both Nativity alumni) who are currently attending college.
In her down time, Mary enjoys walking, kayaking, reading, and visiting Disney World with her family. Between the months of August to February Mary can be found sporting her green and white and cheering on her Philadelphia Eagles!

Mrs. MacDougall has worked at Nativity parish and school since 2004. She is mom to Nativity alum, William, and Baba to her precious granddaughter Riley Emma. Mrs. MacDougall is a Nativity parishioner and a proud board member of Nativity’s Saint Gianna Society.
In her spare time, Mrs. MacDougall enjoys listening to classical music (favorites include Debussy and Vivaldi), sewing, crocheting, watching comedies and attempting to try new recipes. She enjoys chatting daily with the students.

Mrs. Pressler has been in the nursing profession for 35 years. She has been the certified school nurse at Nativity for several years. Mrs. Pressler graduated from the Frankford Hospital School of Nursing and received her Bachelors in Nursing from The New York State University. She has an Education Specialist Level 2 certification.
Mrs. Pressler loves the staff, students, and all who work here at Nativity. It is truly a special community which she is grateful to be a part of. Mrs. Pressler is also the Nursing Coordinator for Centennial School District and spends time in all of their schools. She lives locally and has two children. The beach is her happy place when she is not in the schools during the school year.

Mrs. Schubert is in her 2nd year teaching PreK-3 at Nativity of Our Lord. She received her Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Psychology and Social Sciences, from Penn State University. Before teaching at Nativity, she was a Supports Coordinator and Social Service Caseworker for Bucks County, focusing on children under age 5. The love of helping little ones has always held a special place in her heart.
Mrs. Schubert is married to her husband Josh, and together they have three children. A junior at Villa Joseph Marie High School, who graduated from Nativity in 2021; and two current Nativity students in 8th and 4th grades. Mrs. Schubert has been a Nativity parent over 12 years, and feels very much at home now being a faculty member at our school. In her spare time, Mrs. Schubert can be found cheering her children on on the sidelines of soccer fields, basketball courts, or golf courses. She loves the beach, but most of all she comes from a large, Irish Catholic family and spending time with them is her favorite thing to do.

Mrs. DiToro has been teaching at Nativity for 24 years. As a graduate of Shippensburg University, Mrs. DiToro has her Bachelor of Science in Education with a concentration in Early Childhood. She is a member of St Cyril’s parish and loves teaching at Nativity. Mrs. DiToro started the PK4 program at our school.
Mrs. DiToro is the daughter of a retired Army Colonel. She was able to live and see many different parts of our country. After getting married, Mrs. DiToro settled in the Warrington area. When not teaching, she enjoys spending time with her husband, David and her daughter, Nichole, a student at Nativity. She also enjoys reading, spending time outdoors and being with friends.

Mrs. Keels is a third-year teacher at Nativity of Our Lord. Mrs. Keels received her Master of Science degree in Early Education from Gwynedd Mercy University and a Bachelor of Arts degree specializing in English Language Arts. Previously, she was a Teacher’s Aide for two years at Nativity prior to becoming a lead teacher. In her spare time, Mrs. Keels enjoys drinking coffee, reading, and spending time with her loved ones.
Mr. Kearney has been teaching for five years. This is his second year teaching at Nativity of Our Lord School. Nativity has always been a special place for Mr. Kearney and his family. Mr. Kearney’s mother (Carol Burke Kearney) taught at Nativity before he was born! Before joining the Nativity family, Mr. Kearney previously taught preschool for three years. He is a graduate of Gwynedd Mercy University with a degree and certification in Early Childhood Education and a degree in Special Education.
Mr. Kearney is a member of St. Philip Neri Parish in Lafayette Hill where he attended school for ten years.

Mrs. Crossen is a member of Nativity of Our Lord Parish and is in her 8th year at our
school, with a total of 20 years in education. She is a graduate of Neumann University ‘04,
where she received her Bachelor’s Degree. Mrs. Crossen holds a Pennsylvania Teaching
Certification Elementary and Early Childhood and received her Master’s Degree from
Cabrini University in 2009. Mrs. Crossen knew she wanted to be a teacher from a very early
age and loves that she has been able to continue her passion of teaching at Nativity!
Mrs. Crossen is married to her husband, Kevin and they have an 9-year-old daughter,
Rachel, who is in 4th grade at Nativity. In her spare time, she loves to bake, garden, and
spend time with her family. Mrs. Crossen is glad to be a member of such a wonderful parish
and to have the opportunity to be part of such an amazing school!

Alyssa Caparas is a graduate of Drexel University where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Education. She began her journey at Nativity in 2017 as a lunch mom, while completing her teaching certificate. She instantly fell in love with the school and returned the following year a Pre-K aide. After graduating, Mrs. Caparas has worked in various grades at the school over the past few years, but she is very happy to be back in kindergarten this year!
While Mrs. Caparas did not attend Catholic School as a child, she made the decision as a young adult to put her faith first and complete her sacraments through the RCIA program at Nativity and become a parishioner. She is married and has three children, Nora, Jack, and Emersyn. Her oldest two children are proud Nativity Tigers in sixth and second grade! In her free time, Mrs. Caparas loves working on DIY projects, snuggling her two Boston Terriers dogs, and spending time with her family.

This is Mrs. Shammo’s 15th year of teaching, with all of them spent within the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.
Mrs. Shammo received her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Arcadia University. She is a product of Catholic education herself, having attended St. John Cantius School and St. Hubert’s Catholic High School for Girls.
Mrs. Shammo is a proud and active parishioner of Nativity of Our Lord. You may have heard her singing at weekend masses, as she has been a cantor here since 2011. Several of Mrs. Shammo’s nieces and nephews also attend Nativity of Our Lord School, and are parishioners!
Outside of the classroom, Mrs. Shammo enjoys spending time with her husband, George, and their 7 year old son, Connor. Connor attends the PREP program here at Nativity!

Mrs. Mary Beth J. Conricode is a product of Catholic education. She attended St. Joseph/St. Robert Elementary School and Archbishop Wood High School. She graduated from Gwynedd Mercy University with a BS in Elementary/Early Childhood Education.
Mrs. Conricode began teaching first grade at Nativity in 1993, after two years at St. Martha’s.
In addition to teaching first grade she was also the CARES director for many years. Mrs. Conricode has been a Home & School board member for more than 10 years. Mrs. Conricode’s four children attended Nativity. Her older three children graduated from Archbishop Wood. Her youngest is currently a senior at Wood.

Ms. Clinton began her teaching career in 2019. This will be her sixth year teaching 2nd grade, and her fifth year teaching at Nativity. She is a graduate of Penn State University and has a bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education.
She is also a very proud Nativity graduate and is so happy to be back at the place that made her want to become a teacher!
In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, reading, and spending time with her family and her puppy, Finn.

Tina Pozesky is entering her 18th year teaching in Catholic Education at Nativity of Our Lord School teaching Second Grade. Tina started her education journey at St. Martin of Tours School in New Hope, PA right out of College. Tina is a proud graduate of Catholic Education. Tina attended eight years at St. Bede The Venerable and then Villa Joseph Marie High School. Tina is a graduate of Rider University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education/Psychology. Tina Tina has taught grades First, Third, and Fourth as well. Her daughter Madison attends Nativity as well. When Tina is not at school she enjoys spending time with her family Madison and husband Greg golfing. Tina also enjoys watching her daughter swim and play soccer. Tina also enjoys spending time with family down at the shore.

Ms. Neely has taught a variety of ages in her career, but has been with Nativity since 2022. She is a graduate from Penn State University with a degree in Elementary Education, and a minor in Special Education. Ms. Neely is constantly enhancing her craft to assist her unique and intelligent students, no matter their circumstances or struggles. She sees every student for their glows and grows, while embracing every child for who he or she is.
Ms. Neely enjoys drawing in her free time, and traveling to different states and countries. She is a thrill seeker, and has done many spontaneous adventures such as Zip Lining through the Aruban jungle, climbing up to the top of an active, Jamaican waterfall, and parasailing 600 feet in the Atlantic Ocean. She has a 7-year-old nephew who is entering 2nd grade this school year, and has a 4-year-old pup named Tigger. She enjoys spending time with her supportive parents and friends from high school and college.

This is Amy Tenaglia’s 16th year teaching. She holds a BA in Elementary Education from Holy Family University. She has been a Parishioner here since she was in second grade. Sister Madeline and Sister Peg were the ones who told her she should be a teacher! She helped with the Prep Program all through high school and then college! She has a son and a crazy dog that keeps her very busy! She loves camping and the beach! She also loves to read and always has a book or her Kindle just in case!

Mrs. Morris has been teaching at Nativity for 34 years. She has taught first, second, third, and fourth grades. A graduate of Gwynedd Mercy University, she is certified in Elementary Education and is a Google certified educator. She has also enjoyed teaching piano to many children and adults. Mrs. Morris was named an Archdiocese of Philadelphia Tech Influencer and an Archdiocese of Philadelphia Tech Ambassador. She is a member of our school’s Leadership Team.
Mrs. Morris is a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel parish. Her hobbies include photography and reading, and she especially enjoys spending time at the beach with her family and two golden retrievers.

Mrs. Boorse is going into her 13th year of educating students at various grade levels. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Psychology, in addition to a Master’s Degree in Education, both from Cabrini University. She is a member of Delta Epsilon Sigma, a National Scholastic Honor Society. Mrs. Boorse holds certificates in both Pennsylvania, PreK-4, and Religion.
Mrs. Boorse is a member of Nativity of Our Lord Parish and resides in Warminster with her husband and two teenagers. Her daughter, Julianna (18) is a freshman at Thomas Jefferson University, majoring in Biopsychology with a concentration in Pre-Med. Her son, Jeffrey (17) is a junior at Holy Ghost Preparatory School. Both children are graduates of Nativity.
In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, cooking, boating in Cape May, the beach, spending time with her family, reading, and doing anything that involves being outdoors.

Kathleen Anderson is in her 29th year of teaching, her 25th in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, 19 of which have been at Nativity. She is the product of Catholic education, having attended St. Alphonsus for grade school, Bishop McDevitt HS, and Gwynedd-Mercy College. She graduated Gwynedd-Mercy with a degree in Elementary Education, with certification in Early Childhood. Kathleen has taught preschool, and grades 2,3,4, and 5.
Mrs. Anderson enjoys music and singing, and is delighted to cantor at Nativity’s school Masses, as well as serving as the director of PAWS, our school’s musical theater program. She is married to her husband, Dave, and is proud to be the mother to her two grown children, Sarah (Miss Anderson here at school!) and David. In addition to music, she enjoys reading, the beach, and being with family and friends.

Mrs. Higginson is entering her 17th year teaching in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. This is her 11th year at Nativity. Mrs. Higginson has taught just about every grade level ranging from 3rd to 8th grade. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Temple University and her Master’s degree from Cabrini University. Mrs. Higginson is also an assistant swim coach at Archbishop Wood H.S. She has been coaching in the Catholic League for 20 years! In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband, 2 daughters, and her dog Henry.

This is Ms. Mish’s first year at Nativity of Our Lord School. She has taught in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia for seven years in 1st, 2nd, 5th and 6th grades. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Temple University and recently received her Master’s in Education from Holy Family University.
Her happy place is at the shore. She loves spending time with family and friends, especially her three nephews and niece. When she is not teaching, she can be found reading, shopping or attending Philadelphia sporting events!

With 24 years of teaching, Mrs. McGeer is in her eighth year at Nativity. She is a Temple graduate with her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and her Instructional 1 Certification. Mrs. McGeer also completed her Religion Certification with the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.
As a parishioner of Nativity, Mrs. McGeer is thrilled to be teaching at Nativity and continuing her teaching of 6th graders. When traveling through Grade 6, we often need a passport because our journey takes us from Social Studies and then to the Old Testament. Mrs. McGeer enjoys spending time with her family and has a son, Aidan, who is a sophomore in college.

Mrs. Tina Davis attended St. John Bosco and is an Archbishop Wood alumnus. Mrs. Davis continued her education at Temple University and graduated with a degree in Elementary Education K-6 and Special Education K-12. She then went onto Gywnedd Mercy University and obtained her Master’s Degree in the Science of Reading with a Reading Specialist certification grades K – 12. For 14 years, Mrs. Davis worked in the Springfield School District at Sabold Elementary School. For the past 2 years, Mrs. Davis was teaching 5th ELA and 1st – 8th Resource Room at Holy Rosary Regional Catholic School. Mrs. Davis is excited to be a part of the Nativity family!
Mrs. Davis continues to be an active member of St. John Bosco parish, where her 4 children attend Prep. Mrs. Davis can also be found teaching dance in the evening. She hopes to bring her dance passion here to Nativity, in any way she can. When not teaching, Mrs. Davis enjoys spending time with her family, cheering her children on in their multiple activities, walking her dogs, reading, yoga and everything Philadelphia sports.

Mr. Rafferty has been teaching for over 30 years, with 20 years at St Jerome in Philadelphia. At Nativity, he taught for 8 years in the Computer Lab and is back in the classroom for grades 6, 7, and 8th grade Social Studies. Mr. Rafferty is a current and active member of PA Education in Technology; PETE&C. He also has a certification in Code Development.
Mr. Rafferty is an active member of Our Lady of Calvary in Philadelphia. He has been married for 32 years and has two sons, Christopher and Matthew.

Mrs. Boag has been teaching within the Archdiocese of Philadelphia for 16 years, with 11 of those years spent teaching here at Nativity. Between classroom teaching assignments, she also served as the Director of Religious Education for Nativity of Our Lord Parish, where she was blessed to coordinate the PREP program and the Sacraments for all of the parish children.
Mrs. Boag graduated from St. David School (now Queen of Angels) in Willow Grove, and she is a second-generation graduate of Archbishop Wood High School. Mrs. Boag holds her religious certification from the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, and she believes strongly in the value of a Catholic education.
Mrs. Boag earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education/English from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. She is listed in Who’s Who Among American College and University Students and is a member of Kappa Delta Pi, an International Honor Society in Education.
Mrs. Boag is a proud member of Nativity of Our Lord parish for the past 18 years, and she loves to volunteer her time to serve our community. Mrs. Boag is a member of the adult choir and small group choir here at Nativity. She also assists with the parish children’s choir. Mrs. Boag helps with the teen ministry here at the parish and has been able to chaperone several trips to Steubenville Youth Conferences with our high school teens. She also helps to coordinate our parish’s Living Stations performance on Good Friday, and coordinates training for new altar servers each year.
Mrs. Boag’s son is currently here at Nativity, while her daughter is at Archbishop Wood. In her free time, Mrs.Boag enjoys spending time with her husband, children, family and friends. Some of her favorite things to do include reading, listening to music, and staying busy attending her children’s various games and activities.

Mr. Adamsky has been teaching at Nativity for over 30 years. He is a graduate of Temple University for both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. He is certified by the Archdiocese for Religion and has been listed in the Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers and was honored as an Outstanding American Teacher. Mr. Adamsky was a finalist for the Leadership in Catholic Youth Sports Award, nominated for Disney Teacher Award and the winner of the Bill O’Neill “For God and Your Award”.
Mr. Adamsky is a member of Nativity parish and the coach of many sports, football, softball, basketball and track & field for not only Nativity school but also Archbishop Wood, Warrington Athletic Association, Lenape Middle School and Our Lady of Mount Carmel.
He is also a PIAA Football Official.

Mr. Oliver was born in Rome, NY. He is 1 of 6 children. He attended VVS High School in New York and Delaware Valley College as well as Philadelphia Biblical University. He is married to his wife, Trish, and they have 4 daughters. Mr. Oliver has taught at Nativity since 2000. He is the owner of Camp R.E.A.L. Fun, LLC.

Mrs. Scanlon is in her 8th year at Nativity as our Wilson Reading Specialist and is beginning her 19th year of teaching. She works in small group settings for students needing reading intervention in grades 1st through 8th grade. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Saint Joseph’s University. She is certified in Elementary and Special Education as well as Wilson Reading.
Mrs. Scanlon has four daughters and one son, four of whom attend Nativity. She enjoys coaching soccer and lacrosse. She was a member of the first Dutch National Lacrosse Team in 2009 and played in the World Cup in 2009 in Prague, Czech Republic. Mrs. Scanlon is a member of Nativity parish.

Mrs. Lambert is starting her 14th year of teaching, eleven at Nativity. She is a graduate of Gwynedd Mercy University with certifications in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, and Special Education. Mrs. Lambert is a product of Catholic education, attending Presentation B.V.M and Archbishop Wood High School. Mrs. Lambert is a member of the Leadership Team at Nativity. She teachers grades 4 through 6 in Honors Math, 7th grade Math, and 8th grade Science. She is a parishioner of Nativity Of Our Lord Parish. When not teaching and working on things for school, Mrs. Lambert enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, Isabella, and son, Ryan, both students at Nativity!

Miss Paripsky has been with Nativity of our Lord school since 2020. She graduated from Gwynedd Mercy University with a degree and certification in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. She enjoys working creatively and runs the school’s art club – Artists of our Lord(5th-8th) and Artists of Our Lord Junior (1st-4th). She lives locally with her cat, Lazarus and she loves spending time at the beach.

Mrs. Branchide has been teaching Art for 14 years and this is her 6th year at Nativity.
She graduated from Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia with a Bachelor’s in Fine Art. After working professionally for 14 years as an Illustrator, Freelance Designer and Production Artist, Mrs. Branchide was a stay-at-home Mom for 14 years before returning to the workforce as a teacher. Mrs. Branchide is a member of Nativity of Our Lord parish and she lives in Ivyland with her husband Chris and their 2 children Emily and Christopher (both Nativity of Our Lord graduates) and their dog Winston.

Aaron J. Gooding Jr has been involved with teaching and performing music across Philadelphia and the surrounding area ever since receiving his B.A. Music from Mansfield University in 2007 on Viola. He has taught in after school programs in association with members of Eboni Strings as well as the Philadelphia Clef Club of Jazz and Performing Arts. In addition to after school strings programs, Aaron teaches individual lessons through the Horsham Branch of Music and Arts.

Mary has been married to her husband for over 20 years. They have two sons (both Nativity alumni) who are currently attending college.
In her down time, Mary enjoys walking, kayaking, reading, and visiting Disney World with her family. Between the months of August to February Mary can be found sporting her green and white and cheering on her Philadelphia Eagles!

Ms. Wendy Sanchez was born in the Dominican Republic, Santo Domingo. She graduated from the University at Albany, NY, obtaining a BA in Literature in Spanish, minor English with a concentration in Education. While residing in Albany, she organized an Open Mic Night, and worked with translating and interpreting from Spanish to English in few organizations such as: University at Albany, Saint Ann’s Institute, and the Department of Motor Vehicles, where she translated TV, and radio commercials, pamphlets, press releases and publicity for the governor, George Pataki. Her voice was used to interpret the TV commercial, “Don’t Drink and Drive.” Ms. Sanchez has a passion to serve her community through Education, Health and local Government. In 2017, she initiated an ESL Program to provide free English classes to immigrants in the community.
She has worked as a volunteer for agencies such as United Way, helping children and individuals internationally. She worked for 19 years in the Human Services Field providing supportive counseling, teaching parenting classes and workshops to adults, and she taught middle School students and teenagers. Her previous job was working at Archbishop Ryan High School teaching Spanish. Her biography and two poems named “El Frio” and “Espejismo” were published by a local newspaper El Universal in New York, November 2004.
Ms. Sanchez’s favorite things to do in her free time are Reading Audio-books,and reading to her 8 years old son.
